Official Notice on Unauthorized Online Sales of "YIMUSHEN" Products
Our company has never authorized any individual or entity to sell "YIMUSHEN" products through online platforms (including but not limited to Taobao, JD.com, Pinduoduo, etc.). All online sales activities are strictly prohibited, and the authenticity and quality of such products cannot be guaranteed.
Measures Against Online Sales Violations
- All authorized agents and retailers are permitted to sell only within their designated regions. Cross-regional sales are strictly prohibited, and online platform sales are expressly forbidden.
- Upon verification of violations, the offending party must immediately remove all online listings and will be fined ten times the sales amount. Refusal to comply will result in revocation of agency rights, forfeiture of all deposits, and pursuit of compensation for related losses. Severe cases may face legal action.
- The responsible sales manager will bear joint liability, including deduction of their monthly performance salary and bonuses.
- If any sales manager is found to be involved in or tacitly allowing online sales, it will be deemed a serious violation, punishable by salary deductions, cancellation of performance bonuses, and disqualification from annual promotions.
